Tourism is one of Nepal's largest foreign exchange earners, yet hospitality infrastructure remains underdeveloped outside major hubs. This committee reviews: hotel and resort feasibility studies, heritage zone development compliance (UNESCO, PADT), trekking corridor infrastructure (trails, teahouses, safety systems), adventure tourism investment, and tourism-related SPV structuring.
